In four 3-hour group sessions, you and your birth partner will become educated and prepared for birth.
You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, which are fitness, nutrition, mindset, connection.
You will experience functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work.
You and your partner will learn pain coping techniques for labor and delivery.
You will discover your own birth desires and design your personal Queen in Training postpartum plan.
This is a comprehensive childbirth education class for Mom and Partner.
BIRTHFIT Prenatal Series
This childbirth education class is a series in which you will discover your birth desires, learn pain coping techniques including movements + breathwork for labor, and prepare for a supportive postpartum.
Classes are either weekend intensive | Sat 9-4, Sunday 10-3 | or 1x/week for four total weeks held on Sundays 3-6.
