DR. LACEY NEVEL
Dr. Lacey Nevel is an Oklahoma native and graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise. [BOOMER SOONER!] After leaving the great state of Oklahoma she started her new life in Dallas, Texas where she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University. Throughout her journey in chiropractic school, she found her love for caring for families, especially in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric wellness care. Dr. Lacey has extensive training through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association, Epic Pediatrics, and BIRTHFIT.
Her life purpose is to serve children and families with an abundance of love, using chiropractic as a portal for deep connection and understanding. She lives a life committed to elevating the consciousness and authenticity of others and along with her soul mate, Colten Nevel, aspires to create a space of love for the community to gather.
Lauren was born and raised a cowgirl. She grew up in Stillwater and relocated to Tulsa in 2017. She loves everything that Tulsa has to offer and enjoys the local shops.
Before Lauren joined the Free Spirit team as a Chiropractic Assistant, she nannied for a family with triplets. She is passionate about working with children and loves animals.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time in nature, doing yoga, photography, and volunteering her time.
Raised in the area, Colten Nevel grew up loving Tulsa's unique character and rich sense of community. A background in athletics led him to Northeastern State University where he acquired a Bachelor's of Biology with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. In this time he began to learn the healing principles and philosophy of chiropractic which led him to Parker University along side the love of his life Dr. Lacey Wilson, where together they gained their Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Colten has additional training in prenatal and pediatric care through ICPA and BIRTHFIT that he uses to serve a passion he has for children that have been labeled with sensory disorders or learning disabilities.
He has never been one to accept the status quo and has always aimed to push the boundaries of what is possible in life. This same passion extends into his work and the lives around him. With a mission to help free people of what's holding them back from feeling and experiencing 100% of what life has to offer them, he helps in leading the FSC team in doing just that for the families in the Tulsa community and around the world.
