before your visit
After scheduling your initial appointments with Free Spirit Chiropractic, our team will email you specific paperwork tailored to your individual health goals. We ask that you take time to complete this thoroughly, sharing as much detail as possible about your unique needs and health history.
This allows our doctors to better understand who you are and how we can best serve you. Please ensure all paperwork is completed before your first visit, as we may need to reschedule appointments without it.

your first visit
Your chiropractic first visit is an opportunity for us to connect with you one-on-one and truly listen to your health concerns and goals. At Free Spirit Chiropractic, we are deeply committed to helping you achieve wellness on every level—mind, body, and spirit.
Once we’ve reviewed your paperwork together, you’ll receive a comprehensive chiropractic assessment to evaluate the balance and function of your neuro-spinal system. Using advanced technology like the Insight scanning system, we’ll measure how well your spine and nervous system are performing.
Following your scan, we’ll conduct a structural analysis to observe how your body may be compensating for stress or misalignment. This holistic evaluation provides the foundation for any future recommendations and ensures that care is tailored to your unique needs.
Please allow approximately 45 minutes for your first visit.
Pediatric Visits
We also specialize in supporting pediatric patients, especially those with Neuro-developmental or Sensory Processing Disorders. For children, we offer a gentle, chiropractic assessment to better understand their needs and nervous system function.
Let us know in advance how we can best accommodate you and your child—whether that means scheduling a phone consultation, splitting appointments, or offering blocked-off hours for a calmer in-office experience.

Day two
By the time of your second visit, your doctor will have thoroughly reviewed the results of your chiropractic assessment and created a care plan customized to your health goals. During this visit, we’ll sit down together to discuss your care plan in depth, including any additional evaluations or recommendations, such as x-rays if needed.
This is your time to ask questions, share any concerns, and gain clarity on the steps we’ll take together to elevate your health and vitality.
